Blake has been an integral part of the Innovative Staff for 5 years. He began his career with Innovative in the trucking division and was soon after promoted to Salt Depot Operations Manager in 2011. He excelled in this position and promoted to Salt Depot General Manager in 2014. Blake is one of those individuals who even when placed under tremendous pressure continues on with a calm and steady reserve. He has been instrumental in developing top quality control procedures and production efficiencies for Salt Depot and provides valuable insight into the salt depot’s daily operations and future planning.
